Cyril Julliard
Cyril Julliard is an expert in management, asset management, hedge fund investment, private equity, and fundraising.
In particular, he was founder and CEO of ERAAM (1998-2020), a specialised management company for which he managed investments in more than 300 hedge funds, and raised 450 million euros between 2016 and 2018.
He was also the founder and president of AGA 49 (2011-2020), a PE holding company.
Cyril Julliard was also founder and CEO of Colbert Capital (1999-2002), a Long Short Equity fund, as well as CEO of Finacor-Vendome (1996-1998), the leading European derivatives broker.
He also served as a member of the Executive Committee of BZW (1985-1996), where he developed the MATIF department.
He has also held management positions in several other structures.
His training includes a Master's degree in Economics from Paris X (1984).

Gérard Dejardin
Gérard Dejardin has held several senior management positions in the banking and financial sector.
After a career in auditing (Coopers and Lybrand), he joined Tuffier Ravier in Paris as a stockbroker and became a partner.
Then he became managing director of the Scandinave-Tuffier Bank in Paris.
He then set up the activities of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in France and became Managing Director of BCV Finance France, Arpège Finance and Ecofi Finance.
Gérard Dejardin is a graduate of the Hautes Études Commerciales of the University of Lausanne.

Marc Zafrany
CEO of Everest Holding Group, Marc Zafrany has over 35 years of experience in finance, capital markets, investments and financial engineering.
After training as an auditor and starting in Audit at the American firm of Peat Marwick in Paris, Marc Zafrany embarked in the world of finance in listed debt, as a Fixed Income Broker with a stockbroker in the 1990s. Afterwards, he was hired by a subsidiary of Indosuez as Managing Director, Partner and Director in order to launch and successfully develop a financial institution, Specialist in French Treasury Securities that later became CPR Finance, which was a major player in state debt and Corporates.
Then he launched and successfully developed his own consulting and fundraising company, GFS "Global Financial Services" which he sold to a private equity fund through an LBO between 2007 and 2011.
Marc Zafrany has always had a sustained real estate activity as an intermediary and adviser to institutional companies, funds and asset managers.
In 2012, he launched Everest Holding Group, together with its three entities, Everest Holding, Everest Capital Partners and Everest Energy.
Compliance Officer

Patrice de Cassini
Founder of the company Déontologie & Compliance des Marchés Financiers, Patrice de Cassini is the Compliance Officer of Everest Capital Partners.
After an early career in organisation, auditing and IT at ARTHUR ANDERSEN and PWC, Patrice de Cassini worked in the general management of mutual banks, CREDIT MUTUEL and cooperative CREDIT networks before joining the management board of COMPAGNIE FINANCIERE DU BTP and then the management board of BCEN-EUROBANK.
With these institutions, he was in charge of the financial department, the activities of the financial markets, IT and relations with the supervisory authorities.
He then created DEONTOLOGIE & COMPLIANCE DES MARCHES FINANCIERS, the first company in France in delegated responsibility for internal audit and compliance.
Patrice de Cassini has a civil engineering degree from Les Mines and an MBA from INSEAD.
