Everest Capital Partners is an asset management and financial investment advisory company regulated by Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), with a European passport, which is limited to investment advice.
Our activity consists of identifying investment funds, which are innovative in their management and consistent in their financial performance, as well as real estate investments and other types of complex financial operations, that we offer to institutional investors and asset managers.
The funds may relate to private debt, private equity, infrastructure, renewable energy or real estate.
We also advise management companies and investment funds, on their investments, sales of or arbitrations.
We are exclusively dedicated to a professional clientele, mainly qualified European investors.
FSMA European passport
Everest Capital Partners has a European passport for the freedom to provide services for the following countries :
- France,
- Luxembourg,
- Italy,
- Spain,
- Portugal.
Thus, Everest Capital Partners is authorised to offer its investment consulting services in these countries without being established there.
